All architectural projects are done with the BIM technology, which assists in the compatibility of the various projects, detailed executive projects, saving  money and time, and guaranteeing a perfect execution of the project.

Gustavo Peters, the founding partner of the architectural studio in Balneário Camboriú is an Architect and Urbanist who graduated from UNIVALI (2013-Brazil), with a year at the University of Coimbra (2011-Portugal) and Master in Architecture and Urbanism at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (2017-Brazil). His project, UBA-BC (University of Fine Arts in Balneário Camboriú), was chosen as a finalist and one of the five best projects in the country in the 25th Opera Prima Competition.
